Coaching services should be clear so that consumers may know exactly what is being offered and the extent of the commitment they are considering.
A description of the services and amount purchased, pricing, and the terms of payment should be clearly stated on the contract together with any additional fees.
Personal activities and relationships must not conflict or appear to conflict with the interest of the company.
No preferential treatment; all clients treated fairly, consistently, and honest.
Ensure that all financial records are kept accurate.
I comply with rules and regulations of federal, state, and local government, and other appropriate private and public regulatory agencies.
I respect the confidentiality of information acquired in the course of my work except when authorized or otherwise legally obligated to disclose it. Confidential information acquired in the course of my work is never used for personal advantage.
I will maintain skills important and relevant to my responsibilities.
